Central Valley Counseling Center is on the lookout for a dedicated and unbiased Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of your home while utilizing innovative telehealth technologies. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care tailored to the unique needs of your clients. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health histories and current treatment needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, utilizing therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Engage with clients in regular one-on-one and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach as therapy progresses to optimize client recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to exchange insights, participate in case discussions, and ensure coherent treatment plans across different specialties.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal and ethical standards, demonstrating accountability and professionalism.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay updated on advancements in mental health care and best practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and family dynamics. You will be instrumental in creating a safe space for clients to express themselves and explore their thoughts and feelings, emphasizing a holistic approach to mental well-being.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unconditional licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software and other digital tools for documentation and client engagement.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and providing collaborative care is a strong advantage.

This position offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload availability.
