Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video conferencing tools, aimed at enhancing their mental well-being.
  • Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their feelings, experiences, and relational dynamics, thereby fostering deep self-awareness.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients by assisting them in identifying personal goals and taking proactive steps towards achieving them.
  • Assess clients' mental health conditions and create comprehensive treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices that align with your clinical expertise.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their therapeutic journey, regularly evaluating progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes adolescents, adults, and families who face a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to empathize and build rapport will be crucial in creating a safe space for clients to navigate their mental health journeys. Qualifications
  • Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Must possess a valid and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from the State Board, allowing for independent practice. Please note that provisional or limited licenses are not acceptable. Disciplinary actions will disqualify candidates.

  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a proven ability to manage your own caseload, ensuring timely and effective treatment delivery.
