About the Role As an Oracle Supply Chain/Logistics Systems Analyst at Dexcom, you will provide technical leadership for the design, development, integration, and evolution of enterprise‐scale Oracle ERP solutions. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, and operations teams to drive digital transformation, optimize supply‐chain operations, and align IT strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities Lead ERP implementation projects, including critical system integrations for global operations. Architect and implement solutions across Oracle OM, Shipping, and WMS modules to enhance logistics, distribution, and inventory management. Drive EDI solutions for 3PL and supplier integrations, streamlining sales and 3PL operations. Leverage hands‐on experience with Oracle technologies (PL/SQL, WMS and WSH APIs) to lead global development teams in delivering robust solutions. Partner with architects and business stakeholders to identify high‐impact opportunities for automation and process improvement. Operate independently as a domain expert and advocate for automation through ERP solutions. Lead production support, root‐cause analysis, and continuous‐improvement efforts to ensure system reliability and adherence to SLAs. Establish and enforce standards for coding, configuration, documentation, and testing (unit, integration, data modeling, code reviews). Mentor junior developers, administrators, and technical team members through code reviews, design sessions, and architectural walkthroughs. Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones. Support internal and external auditors for SOX and other audit activities. Qualifications Proven experience in Oracle ERP and Fusion applications. Deep functional expertise in Order Management (OM), Shipping, Inventory Management, and WMS modules. Strong technical expertise in Oracle ERP APIs, including WSH, OE, and WMS. Experience with integration technologies such as ORDS, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, and Kafka. Knowledge of EDI mappings for Order‐to‐Cash (O2C) transactions (EDI 850, 855, 856, 940, 945, 810). Excellent problem‐solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose performance issues. Experience with Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery cycles.
