Job description

Position: Oracle Cloud Inventory, PIM & Costing Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to Nearby Client Offices as Required)

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Applicable only to Permanent Residents of USA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Inventory, Product Information Management (PIM), and Costing Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Inventory Management, Product Information Management (PIM), and Cost Management modules, including business process analysis, configuration, testing, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate business needs into Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Inventory Management, Product Information Management (PIM), and Cost Management modules.
  • Design and configure inventory organizations, subinventories, locators, inventory transactions, replenishment strategies, and cycle counting.
  • Configure Product Information Management (PIM), including item classes, item attributes, item templates, item lifecycle management, item relationships, and item governance.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud Cost Management, including cost books, cost organizations, cost profiles, standard costing, average costing, perpetual costing, and cost accounting.
  • Support item creation, item import, item maintenance, and item publication processes.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Shipping, Warehouse Management, and Financials teams to ensure seamless business processes.
  • Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FBDI, and ADFDI.
  • Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and support production deployments.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
  • Provide post-production support and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of Oracle SCM experience with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
