Inner Wisdom Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This integral role involves delivering high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse client population, which includes individuals, couples, families, and groups. The mental health counselor will leverage telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring safe and effective interaction with clients from their own comfortable spaces. • Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans upon evaluation.
• Deliver effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored according to each client's unique goals and needs.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health crises, assessing risk and developing appropriate management plans.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential client records, including thorough documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical and legal regulations.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with peers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their wellness journey. Advocate for clients when needed to secure necessary services and support.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying current with best practices in mental health therapy, attending relevant workshops, and participating in additional training opportunities.

At Inner Wisdom Psychotherapy Center, our clients represent a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, seeking assistance for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Tennessee as a LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW is required.
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is essential.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proven ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• A commitment to upholding high ethical and professional standards in practice and client interactions.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting is favorable, demonstrating a background in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
