  • Analyze workforce and service delivery data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies, and opportunities that drive operational improvement and informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, stakeholders, HR Technology teams, auditors, and project teams to deliver reporting expertise, training, and data-driven solutions that support organizational objectives.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • Workday certifications or equivalent years of hand-on experience

  • 3-5 years of experience with Workday reporting and dashboards

  • 2-3 years previous experience in Data & Reporting Governance

  • Experience supporting complex organizations and multi-system environments, delivering results on high-priority, high-visibility initiatives and projects.

  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, with experience contributing to cross-functional project teams and achieving project objectives.

  • Experience working in Agile environments, adapting to evolving priorities and supporting continuous improvement practices.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and presentations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build relationships, gather requirements, and present information effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, demonstrating adaptability, continuous learning, self-awareness, and a commitment to professional development; experience with Power BI, Tableau, and/or ServiceNow dashboards is considered an asset.
