Job description

Robert Half is partnering with a nonprofit organization based in Portland, Oregon that is seeking an experienced Yardi System Administrator to support and enhance its Yardi environment.


Duration: Contract opportunity with potential to extend

Location: 100% Remote – preference to local in WA or OR

Pay rate: up to $65/hourly


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary System Administrator for the Yardi platform, providing day-to-day support and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Yardi-related issues while supporting end users across the organization.
  • Support Yardi upgrades, system configurations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and the Yardi vendor to maintain and improve the Yardi environment.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements to increase system efficiency and usability.
  • Manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL development and ETL/Data Warehouse work.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering the Yardi platform.
  • Experience supporting Yardi Affordable Housing modules.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within nonprofit, public sector, or affordable housing organizations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise application upgrades, implementations, or system enhancements.
