Roles & Responsibilities
  • Perform remote software and firmware deployments
  • Configure and manage devices using RSS
  • Execute remediation activities in compliance with FDA regulations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across applications and systems
  • Work with Windows OS, Active Directory, and domain security
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on remediation actions
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working independently
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience Required
  • 2-3 years of applied, hands-on technical experience (required)
  • 3-5 years of service experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems (preferred)
  • Experience working in FDA-regulated environments (preferred)
