Remote Window World Sales information

What is a Remote Window World Sales representative?

Remote Window World Sales jobs involve selling Window World products, such as windows, doors, and siding, to customers through virtual or phone-based consultations rather than in-person visits. Sales representatives work from home or other remote locations, using digital tools to connect with potential clients, provide quotes, and close sales. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to manage leads and follow up efficiently. Training and support are usually provided by Window World to help remote sales staff succeed. Remote sales jobs offer flexibility, but may include evening or weekend hours to accommodate customers' schedules.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a Remote Window World Sales representative?

To thrive as a Remote Window World Sales Representative, you need strong sales acumen, product knowledge of windows and home improvement, and typically a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, and digital sales tools is essential for managing leads and customer interactions remotely. Outstanding communication, self-motivation, and relationship-building skills help distinguish top performers in this role. These abilities are crucial for effectively closing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving targets in a remote, fast-paced environment.

What are the challenges and rewards of working as a Remote Window World Sales representative?

One of the main challenges in this remote sales role is building trust and rapport with clients virtually, since you won’t have the advantage of in-person meetings or product demonstrations. Successful representatives develop strong communication and follow-up skills, leveraging digital tools to engage customers and present product options. On the rewarding side, this position often offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn commissions based on performance, along with the satisfaction of helping homeowners improve their properties. Team collaboration typically happens through video calls and digital platforms, so being proactive in communication is key to staying connected and supported.

Job description

About FullStack
FullStack is your AI-native engineering partner, built to turn AI capability into certainty. Most companies can demo AI; few can get it to production and prove what it produced. We close that gap with three capabilities, AI built into your products from the start, elite vetted talent who apply it, and transparent execution that shows value every step of the way. With now over 600 customers in North America, FullStack is one integrated partner for all your AI engineering needs. With FullStack, you move forward with confidence.
We're most proud of:
  • Offering life-changing career opportunities to talented software professionals across the Americas.
  • Building highly-skilled software development teams for hundreds of the world's greatest companies.
  • Having delivered hundreds of successful custom software solutions, which have positively impacted the lives and careers of millions of users.
  • Our 4.1-star rating on GlassDoor.
  • Our client Net Promoter Score of 68, twice the industry average.

The Position
FullStack is seeking an experienced, client-facing Solutions Architect with strong pre-sales acumen and deep technical expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React), Python (especially for AI use cases), and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
The right candidate blends hands-on architectural mastery with polished client authority, driving technical conversations during prospecting, client pitches, and solution design. In addition to core delivery responsibilities, you will leverage pre-sales automation AI tools to streamline technical proposals, thrive in fast-paced environments, and serve as the consultative bridge between business goals and scalable technical execution, with a focus on driving changes to create deals through the translation of business to tech needs.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering and architectural leadership experience.
  • Core Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js and React) and modern Python (specifically applied to AI workflows).
  • Cloud Architecture: Hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (verified via background check).
  • Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written) for direct international client engagement.
  • Sales & Consultation: Demonstrated background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or client-facing advisory roles.
  • AI Tooling: Hands-on experience using AI-driven automation tools in pre-sales or technical workflow contexts.
  • Agile Decision-Making: Handles fast-moving deal cycles and high-pressure client demands with steady composure.
  • Client-Facing Authority: Wins trust during prospective client pitches and executive presentations.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary.
  • Paid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, parental leave, holidays).
  • 100% remote work.
  • The ability to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) w/ 4% match.
  • Ample opportunity for career advancement.
  • Continuing education opportunities.
