Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Analytics Specialist to join our Supply Chain and Operations team in support of the Defense. This mid-level role is ideal for professionals who can independently design and develop analytic solutions, translate business needs into actionable insights, and deliver results through self-service formats such as dashboards and visualizations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in analyzing large, complex datasets and applying statistical models to drive strategic decisions across supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop analytic solutions for strategic and tactical service activities.
  • Deliver insights through dashboards, visuals, and graphical displays in self-service formats.
  • Translate customer needs and use cases into analytic solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets related to supply chain and operations.
  • Identify, source, and integrate data from disparate systems.
  • Apply statistical models and algorithms to generate insights that influence business decisions.
  • Detect deviations in process or system performance and apply appropriate analytical techniques.
  • Communicate analytical methods and outputs effectively to stakeholders.
  • Support specific supply chain functions including Planning, Fulfilment, Procurement, and Finance.
