About the Role (Job Summary)

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to help evolve and scale our enterprise brand identity across internal and external channels. This role translates brand strategy into compelling visual assets that strengthen brand recognition, consistency, and trust.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in brand systems, visual identity design, and brand governance, with the ability to deliver high-quality creative work across multiple platforms. This role also plays a key part in the creative execution of events, trade shows, and experiential marketing, bringing brand stories to life through engaging visual experiences.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Execute and evolve the company's visual identity system across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints
  • Apply and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications and environments
  • Design and maintain brand assets including templates, presentations, iconography, illustrations, and layout systems
  • Ensure consistency in typography, color, imagery, and layout across all branded materials
  • Lead visual design for events, trade shows, and corporate experiences, aligning to brand strategy and business goals
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and visual identities that create cohesive attendee experiences
  • Support end-to-end creative execution including environmental graphics, signage, digital displays, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Partner with marketing, events, and production teams to deliver impactful visual storytelling across physical and digital environments
  • Create high-quality assets supporting corporate communications, thought leadership, internal communications, and sales enablement
  • Contribute to development and ongoing management of brand guidelines and design systems
  • Review creative work and ensure adherence to brand standards across internal and external partners
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and emerging design tools to produce scalable, polished creative solutions
  • Stay current on design trends, brand strategy, and experiential design best practices

Basic Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of

    relevant experience

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity design and multi-channel execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience executing visual assets across digital, print, and/or event environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge of typography, layout, composition, and visual design principles

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Experience supporting events, trade shows, experiential marketing, or environmental design
  • Experience working within or maintaining brand guidelines and design systems
  • Familiarity with Figma or other digital design tools
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted design tools in creative workflows
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
