• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing telehealth technologies to provide both individual and group services.
• Utilize our electronic health record (EHR) and practice management systems to document client interactions and ensure comprehensive notes are completed promptly.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to facilitate client progress.
• Work effectively with a variety of client populations, maintaining sensitivity to cultural and individual differences.

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking support for a range of mental health challenges, helping them navigate their emotions and develop tools for mastery over their lives. The clients you will serve are often looking to build resilience and would benefit from tailored therapeutic interventions that emphasize mindfulness and emotional intelligence.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited university.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or an equivalent credential.
• Strong clinical skills complemented by maturity in judgment and crisis intervention capabilities.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and best practices in behavioral health.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-starter attitude with an ability to work independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage a full caseload and maintain an up-to-date calendar.

• Experience in providing telehealth services and utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Proficiency in employing evidence-based treatments and familiarity with tools such as Google G-suite and TheraNest.

• The annual salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and USD 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• The compensation package may vary based on geographic location, educational background, and relevant experience.
