• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to client goals.
• Facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions, delivering compassionate support while fostering an inclusive and safe environment for dialogue.
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive services that promote positive client outcomes and integrate holistic approaches.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and seminars to stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Our client base consists of individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. We treat an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Counselors at Health Link Now will provide vital support and therapeutic interventions aimed at empowering clients on their path to wellness.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical or community health setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) technology and related software.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team context, contributing to collaborative client care.
• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling practices.
