This position allows you to work remotely while maintaining a high level of interaction with colleagues and clients. Our outpatient office in Atlanta, Georgia, serves as a hub for collaboration and communication, enabling our clinical team to provide comprehensive care. • Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, ensuring evidence-based practices are employed.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance care coordination and treatment outcomes, fostering an environment of teamwork and shared goals.
• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating cultural competence and respect for their unique beliefs and traditions.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health treatment, maintaining a high standard of care.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet clients' specific needs and preferences.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring timely interventions and continuity of care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, utilizing de-escalation techniques as needed to ensure client safety.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness.
• Complete necessary documentation, including progress notes and treatment reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Be available for on-call coverage as needed, contributing to after-hours support for client emergencies.

The primary focus of this role is to serve individuals and families who are experiencing mental health challenges in underserved communities. This demographic often faces barriers to accessing appropriate care, and your expertise will play a crucial role in improving their quality of life. You will support clients in navigating their emotional and psychological struggles, empowering them through therapeutic interventions and recovery-oriented approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid LCSW licensure in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly with populations experiencing complex mental health needs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Competency in age-related or specialty issues pertinent to the populations served.

While not required, candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish will be preferred, as this can enhance communication and client rapport within our diverse community. Previous experience working in outpatient settings or with integrated care models will also be considered advantageous.

The compensation range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary between USD 70,000 and 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
