Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial assessments and ongoing treatment for both couples and individual family members, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.
  • Facilitating therapy sessions focusing on issues such as alcohol abuse, conflict resolution among family members, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.
  • Implementing therapeutic techniques and strategies designed for blended families, addressing challenges associated with remarriage, parenting, and separation.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records, complying with organizational protocols and guidelines.
  • Participating in regular team meetings, case discussions, and continued education to stay updated on the latest therapeutic approaches and tools.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Compensation and Benefits
