As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing treatment for both couples and individual family members, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.
• Facilitating therapy sessions focusing on issues such as alcohol abuse, conflict resolution among family members, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.
• Implementing therapeutic techniques and strategies designed for blended families, addressing challenges associated with remarriage, parenting, and separation.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records, complying with organizational protocols and guidelines.
• Participating in regular team meetings, case discussions, and continued education to stay updated on the latest therapeutic approaches and tools.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. This variety not only allows for fulfilling interactions but also encourages professional growth as you adapt your approaches to meet the complex dynamics of each individual and family unit. Your expertise will enable clients to reconcile differences, mend relationships, and improve overall emotional health.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

While newly licensed professionals are encouraged to apply, candidates with prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly within community mental health services or private practice, will find the greatest success in this position. Flexibility in scheduling, with availability for more than 30 hours per week, is also a preferred attribute to meet the needs of our clients effectively.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and professional qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
