• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to design individualized therapy plans tailored to client needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on a variety of mental health issues.
• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies to improve overall outcome effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while also engaging in regular performance evaluations and feedback.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, workshops, and training sessions to stay current with developments in mental health research and best practices.

Our clinic primarily serves individuals and families who have limited access to mental health care. This includes clients dealing with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You'll work closely with diverse populations, bringing your counseling expertise to foster healing and empowerment.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state is essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, specifically in clinical settings, is required.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice is necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team is crucial.

While not mandatory, candidates with specialized training or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed practices, or substance abuse counseling will be highly regarded. Proficiency in EMR systems and mental health documentation is preferred to enhance operational efficiency.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and caseload availability.
