As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a supportive environment for clients to discuss their mental health.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities and evidence-based practices to guide therapy sessions.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs and goals.
• Assisting clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships through structured therapeutic processes.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, while equipping clients with practical coping strategies.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals in our team to share strategies and best practices, fostering a comprehensive approach to client care.

Our clients primarily consist of stable, low acuity adults who are seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship difficulties. The focus is on assisting these clients in developing skills to enhance their quality of life and achieve greater emotional stability.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• One of the following independent licenses:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Proof of no disciplinary actions and eligibility to practice independently without supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural empathetic approach to client care.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with telehealth platforms.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Prior experience working in a telehealth environment.
• Familiarity with various treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Experience in managing diverse client populations and adapting to their unique needs.
