• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address client needs, including crisis management strategies and behavioral guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation to comply with regulatory standards and enhance quality assurance in service delivery.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to track patient progress and refine treatment approaches.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that align with each client’s therapeutic goals.
• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.
• Communicate openly with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and promote Beverly Wellness Care's mission within the community.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with organizations and agencies to advance program awareness and explore funding opportunities.
• Pursue continual professional development through participation in relevant conferences, training sessions, and professional associations.
• Embrace and incorporate the agency's mission, values, and principles into everyday practice and patient interactions.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and those in need of brain injury rehabilitation. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring a personalized approach that fosters recovery and wellness.

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is mandatory to practice in Kansas; we support candidates who hold licenses from other states by covering the necessary fees to obtain licensure in Kansas.

• Experience in delivering therapy and counseling services in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with contemporary evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques in mental health.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
