Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $92.25hr - $97.25hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Must have recent solution/domain architecture experience with Facets G6 real-time and batch claims processing, pre-adjudication validation, EDI-based transaction data management, claim editing engines, and third-party integrations.
  • Must have experiential knowledge on how to apply interoperability and integration best practices between Facets G6 and all data producers and data consumers within the enterprise ecosystem.
  • Must have experience with enterprise level architecture refactoring to resolve architectural simplification, modernization, and strengthening controls for Facets G6.
  • Must have experience working with claims processing, enrollment, billing & payments, underwriting, partner programs, business operations, and benefit management business functions.
  • Experience in one or more technology platforms such as Salesforce Health Cloud/Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Kafka, or Azure Fabric.
  • Expertise with two or more architecture domains including enterprise architecture, solution architecture, software development, data, integration, interoperability, cloud, or artificial intelligence.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, X12 and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, CMS, and NCQA.
  • Experience contributing to portfolio rationalization and technical debt remediation initiatives at an enterprise level.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related field, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 10+ years of experience as an infrastructure architect.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business strategy into solution architecture by leading deliverables for large complex portfolios that align with enterprise architecture.
  • Define and communicate a shared technical and architecture vision across the portfolio and program.
  • Lead solutions design and analysis of complex projects requiring in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
  • Define components, subsystems, and end-to-end integration architecture and their interfaces.
  • Orchestrate solution delivery and direct implementation governance activities to ensure compliance with overall enterprise architecture.
  • Create architecture and technical enablers to support architecture runways.
  • Partner with project managers, product managers, and business leadership in the definition of the Solution Architecture.
  • Provide solution architectural consulting to business leaders, program leaders, product owners, and delivery teams.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices for architecture and develop future architecture and technology migration plans.
  • Coach peers and team members across multiple business and technology disciplines.

  • Recent payer or provider healthcare experience.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale systems across multiple hardware and software platforms in the healthcare industry.
