Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify client challenges and needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Engaging in one-on-one therapeutic sessions, utilizing teletherapy techniques and tools to ensure accessibility for virtual clients, especially those facing mobility or geographical challenges.
• Regularly reviewing and adjusting therapeutic goals based on client progress, and fostering a dynamic and responsive therapy process.
• Maintaining precise and confidential documentation of client records to adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to keep abreast of advancements in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients who may be dealing with various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our focus is on providing a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings, build coping strategies, and promote overall well-being and personal growth. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree, with a Master's or Doctoral degree preferred in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trustworthy relationships with clients.
• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while dealing with various caseloads.

Preferred Experience

While a Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement for applicants, we highly value clinical experience in different therapy settings, including private practices, community health clinics, or hospitals. Understanding different therapeutic modalities and being equipped with at least two years of experience in mental health counseling will be strongly favorable.
