Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at the Comprehensive Counseling Center. Work Environment

Our remote work structure provides therapists with the flexibility to create personalized schedules while still being an integral part of a supportive team. You'll have access to a fully furnished office space when onsite, alongside the necessary resources such as an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, dedicated office supplies, and malpractice insurance, ensuring that administrative burdens are minimized, allowing you to focus on client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy, navigating a diverse array of psychological issues and emotional challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical and professional standards.
• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients to maintain continuity of care, creating and managing an efficient calendar.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share insights and strategies that enhance therapeutic practices and improve patient outcomes.
• Utilize a billing service to manage client accounts, ensuring smooth processing of claims and overseeing payment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that represents various ages and backgrounds, encompassing individuals who are struggling with substance use issues and mental health disorders. This experience requires sensitivity, cultural competency, and the ability to address a range of clinical presentations with respect and understanding.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.
• An active LCSW license, allowing for independent practice.
• Strong professionalism, effective therapeutic boundaries, and the ability to self-manage and motivate in a remote work setting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance client needs efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering therapy to couples is highly valued and will be considered a significant advantage.
• A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and an eagerness to enhance therapeutic skills.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we provide a variety of benefits that include:
