Job description

We are seeking a Medical Director Physician to lead our telehealth startup specializing equally in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Weight Loss Therapy using GLP-1s. This role involves clinical oversight of a small team of 2-5 clinicians, managing telehealth services through commercial software, and ensuring compliance with relevant protocols in a remote care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight for HRT and weight loss therapies
  • Manage telehealth operations and ensure effective delivery of care
  • Develop and monitor clinical protocols for hormone and weight loss therapies
  • Ensure compliance with medical regulations and telehealth standards
  • Coordinate with a small clinical team to maintain quality and safety

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of medical practice experience
  • Board certification in a relevant medical specialty
  • Valid medical license
  • Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and GLP-1 therapy
  • Expertise in clinical protocol development
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities


Pay: Starting rate of $3000-$5000 monthly depending on qualifications with possibility to increase with further growth of the company
