  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique needs, followed by developing personalized treatment and initial discharge plans.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's treatment plan, ensuring an empathetic and responsive therapeutic approach.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy services and progress in line with organizational standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Manage an assigned caseload, providing consistent support while adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members during treatment meetings, enhancing the holistic care approach for each client.
  • Promote patient safety by prioritizing their well-being and effectively addressing any complaints or unmet needs.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to continually enhance therapeutic techniques and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be serving a diverse client base, including adults, adolescents, and families, each facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Our focus is on creating a safe and supportive space that encourages openness and trust, allowing clients to navigate their emotional landscapes successfully. Your work will directly impact their quality of life, helping to facilitate positive changes and greater resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of appropriate state or national licensure to practice therapy, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW licensing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mental health practices, therapeutic methodologies, and ethical standards in counseling.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for collaborative teamwork and empathy toward clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with a wide range of age groups including children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Previous exposure to outpatient settings and a familiarity with electronic health record systems used in clinical practice.
  • Ability to implement best practices in therapeutic approaches and adapt them to the needs of clients.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, Comfort Corner offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance to safeguard your health.

  • Annual stock awards to acknowledge your contributions to the organization’s success.
  • Access to state-of-the-art, modern office facilities, ensuring a pleasant and inviting work environment.
  • Comprehensive administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent therapeutic services.
