Our unique remote clinic comprises a diverse team of experienced professionals who collaborate to create a supportive atmosphere conducive to both patient and employee growth. Our focus extends beyond mere treatment; we strive to build long-term relationships characterized by trust, respect, and understanding while fostering a professional environment that encourages continuous development and satisfaction.

As a remote team member, you will have access to online resources and support systems designed to align with your professional development goals.

Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at delivering high-quality mental health care:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in best practices.
  • Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methodologies that cater to the unique needs of your clients.
  • Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Engaging in collaborative treatment approaches with the multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health providers, to promote comprehensive care.
  • Participating in peer review sessions and case consultations to continually refine clinical skills and enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Providing patients and their families with education about mental health, treatment processes, and possible community resources to support their ongoing wellness journey.
  • Staying informed about advancements in mental health research and integrating new insights into your practice to optimize client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your contribution to their recovery and long-term mental health management will be instrumental in fostering resilience and improving quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
  • A valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience, focusing predominantly on psychotherapy services.
  • Proven proficiency in solution-focused and other evidence-based interventions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for client assessments and treatment planning.
  • Ability to function effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is two years, experience with specific populations such as adolescents and families, as well as knowledge of state regulations affecting mental health practice in Texas, would be highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital therapeutic tools is also advantageous in this remote setting.

  • Provided malpractice insurance to protect your professional practice.
  • Access to an employee assistance program offering support for mental health and counseling services.
  • Unlimited patient referrals ensuring a steady caseload, enabling you to focus on patient care without the stress of administrative marketing.
  • Reduced administrative responsibilities, maximizing your time dedicated to client interactions.
  • Professional liability insurance fully covered by the company for your peace of mind.
