Work Environment

You will conduct therapy sessions via our advanced online platform, which is designed to facilitate not only individual therapy sessions but also collaborative care pathways with other mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using a secure online platform, establishing rapport and trust with clients from the outset.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments, focusing on specific mental health goals that reflect each client’s unique circumstances.
• Regularly monitor client progress, utilizing data and feedback to make informed adjustments to treatment strategies when necessary.
• Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and client care integrity.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other mental health professionals to enhance patient care and provide a comprehensive support network for clients.
• Participate in supervision and peer consultation to foster professional development and ensure adherence to best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a varied client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Engaging with clients virtually allows you to be part of their transformative journeys, no matter where they are physically located. You will utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailoring your interventions to each client’s cultural and personal context.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in Texas, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Ability to comfortably work in a digital environment and conduct therapy sessions remotely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Capability to work autonomously while remaining an integral part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing individual therapy in a virtual setting, with proficiency in utilizing mental health technologies.
• Knowledge of a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
