Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop comprehensive case conceptualizations tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance treatment plans and ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our electronic health record system to support effective case management and compliance.
  • Utilize evidence-based trauma treatment modalities in sessions, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
  • Current, active licensure in the State of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a primary therapist in a mental health setting, showcasing a robust understanding of therapeutic relationships.
  • Experience in trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
