Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and challenges, allowing for targeted and effective treatment planning.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically to the individual goals and circumstances of each client, ensuring that their therapeutic journey is meaningful and productive.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices for optimal client engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate holistic care, coordinating efforts to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, fostering trust and safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, including individuals aged 12 and above who are facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and mood disorders. Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding and application of evidence-based therapeutic techniques effective for a variety of mental health issues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with addiction, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and mood disorders is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits
