Position Overview

Align Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide direct therapy services to a diverse clientele, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy focused on specific disorders or life challenges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of professionals to create and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring clients' progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Document all interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Stay informed of the latest mental health resources, regulations, and best practices to enhance the quality of care delivered.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing effective therapeutic techniques to stabilize their situation.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a varied client base, including adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties, and other mental health issues. This position requires a high level of empathy, as you will engage with clients during some of their most challenging times, helping them navigate their journeys toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • You must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills and a strong understanding of mental health disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective patient engagement and collaboration with team members.
  • Ability to maintain detailed client records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and legal requirements.
Preferred Experience

Preference may be given to candidates with specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care. Familiarity with digital health platforms for remote therapy delivery is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
