Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients facing mental health challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized, recovery-based treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Continuously assess client progress and treatment efficacy, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Assist in crafting, monitoring, and executing individualized service plans that promote holistic well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to help clients develop essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Educate clients on available community resources and advocate for their integration into supportive services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with primarily include adults aged 18 and over who are experiencing challenges that may stem from mental illness. These barriers often affect their ability to maintain community stability, independence, and personal relationships. By collaborating with clients in their treatment, you will empower them to reclaim their lives, fostering resilience and promoting healthier coping strategies through tailored interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid state license, such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct clinical services to clients with mental health needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, client-centered attitude.
• Technologically proficient, with a good Wi-Fi connection to support remote service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in skill-building activities focused on daily living and community engagement.
• Background in providing support for symptom monitoring, behavior management, and family development issues.
• Familiarity with community resources and strong advocacy skills to assist clients in navigating mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits
