  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify strengths, needs, and areas for growth, utilizing standardized assessment tools and evidence-based practices to formulate effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain precise clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations and state laws, ensuring accurate case records, treatment plans, and progress notes are kept up-to-date.
