• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, establishing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet clients’ specific goals and challenges.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure all aspects of a client's health are addressed.
• Monitor client progress regularly and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes, maintaining continuous communication with clients.
• Provide education and resources to clients' families to foster a supportive environment that encourages active participation in the therapeutic process.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and compliance with regulatory guidelines, prioritizing client confidentiality and ethical standards.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent licensure in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Relevant education, ideally a Master’s degree in a related field, combined with significant training in mental health counseling.
• A deep understanding and ability to implement evidence-based practices across various disorders, enhancing client care.
• Strong therapeutic skills, with a track record of establishing rapport with clients and demonstrating empathy and resilience during their recovery journey.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective collaboration within a remote treatment team.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with documented success in similar roles.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and client-centered approaches.
• A familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems, enhancing the efficiency of remote service delivery.
• Exposure to culturally competent practices and an understanding of social determinants impacting mental health.
