• Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to various patient demographics.
• Supervise and mentor junior therapists and interns, guiding them in best practices and ensuring the quality of services provided.
• Provide holistic case management and advocacy, linking clients with community resources and support systems effectively.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and after-hour services, ensuring that emergency support is available for clients during evenings and weekends.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to meet state and agency requirements.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to contribute to a collaborative treatment approach.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW, with no history of medical malpractice claims, corroborated through third-party verification.
• A strong commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with a diverse patient demographic.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Experience conducting group therapy and workshops is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
