Position Summary
Celularity is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Client Services Representative to support our clients, internal partners, and business operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order support, issue resolution, and ongoing client communication.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office attendance required for team meetings, training sessions, special projects, or other business needs. To support our operational and client coverage requirements, candidates must be flexible with work schedules, including the ability to work later-day and evening hours.

Key Responsibilities
