Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, utilizing screening tools and interviews to ensure tailored intervention strategies.

  • Collaborate effectively with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to broaden service access and impact.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen our collective approach and enhance professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals and families who are experiencing challenges related to mental health, addiction, trauma, and social justice issues. This role focuses on marginalized populations, providing culturally competent care that is sensitive to the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients. Your contributions will aim to facilitate healing and growth, ultimately enhancing the overall well-being of those we serve.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches and community resources.
  • Exceptional communication skills, complemented by empathy and organizational capabilities, to foster meaningful client relationships.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working within a nonprofit organization or a similar setting is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social justice advocacy and experience working with diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with grant writing and reporting processes, with a keen understanding of evaluation metrics in social services.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance coverage encompassing medical, dental, and vision plans to ensure the well-being of you and your family.
  • Retirement plans with employer contributions to help secure your financial future.
  • Generous paid time off, encompassing vacation days and personal leave to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization, including access to training and educational resources relevant to mental health and social work.
  • A sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team and recognize your valuable contributions.
