Title: Medical Record Review Associate (Bilingual English and French)

Location: Beaverton, OR 97005 or Remote

Employment Type: 6 plus month W2 contract, no C2C, no sponsorship available

Overview

Talent Groups is seeking a detail oriented and self directed Medical Record Review Associate to support clinical review operations. This role is ideal for candidates with a clinical background and experience reviewing medical records in both English and French, with a strong preference for Canadian French proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret medical records and clinical documentation in both English and French
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all documentation and reporting
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and protect sensitive information
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data interpretation
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
  • Assist with training, documentation, and onboarding of team members
