• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to discern clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and specific treatment requirements.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addictive behaviors and co-occurring mental health conditions, tailoring interventions to client needs.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based approaches, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).
• Partner with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive care, ensuring all aspects of the client's well-being are considered.
• Engage and support families of clients by providing educational resources and facilitating discussions that enhance their understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records while adhering to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards, ensuring best practices in documentation.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proven ability to engage with clients on a therapeutic level, coupled with strong counseling skills that empower clients to navigate their recovery journey.
