Position Overview:
This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule that varies based on active events throughout your assigned region. Approximately two-thirds of your responsibilities will take place during standard business hours; however, this is not a traditional 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or clock-in/clock-out role.
Our events take place across the United States and Canada, with schedules ranging from as early as 7:00 AM to as late as 10:00 PM. During periods with fewer or no active events, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule in a way that supports a healthy work-life balance while completing your responsibilities.
While this role offers flexibility, there are mandatory weekly team meetings and scheduled touchpoints that require attendance. Success in this position requires excellent time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Talent coordination: Account Manager will make sure all the events in your territories are booked and executed effectively. This means you will be hiring and managing staff, explain all event expectations, and follow up with your teams as needed to ensure staff is following instructions and are capable of working the events. All back end work involved with staffing events is necessary. 
  • Book events, you will use one of our platforms to send out job alerts and hire the correct talent for the position. Once quality talent is scouted in any given region, most of your teams will be the same staff for all events – as long as they follow the proper guidelines and expectations.
  • Manager will send out emails and texts to confirm staff as well as monitor client communication to ensure we are all aligned at all times.
  • Make Phone calls regarding your territory’s events – as necessary.
  • Manage trainings regarding your territory’s events – as necessary. 
  • Event management: Your job will be making sure talent shows up and completes each job – will send in messages to the client to show arrival set up and make changes as requested. Will follow up with staff to ensure all teams are aligned at all time.
  • Help talent with any event related questions before, during and after events.
  • Will send text messages around the 24-hour mark prior to the event and On-Site check-ins from talent the day of. 
  •  Will upload all recaps to the client portals and maintain contact with your staff until recaps have been submitted. 
  • Approve all payroll each week and ensure staff completed the correct times/dates/etc. 
  •  Account Managers MAY work their own events to receive additional payments if no events are checking in during that time. This is paid in addition to the earnings as an account manager.

 Qualifications  
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple events, schedules, and staffing logistics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Must have a quiet home office, reliable internet, and respond promptly to calls, emails, and messages.
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends to support live events.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Logistics, operations, staffing, or project management experience is a plus. Please highlight this experience during your interview.
Computer Experience

  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, One Drive, and Sharepoint) 
  • If you have experience on Staffing portals such as Popbookings and TrustedHerd – that is a plus. 
  • If you have experience in Airtable or app building websites that is a plus.
  • Must own a computer, understand how to use it, and have reliable internet service. 

This is a remote position.
