About Us
At You.com, we are building the AI Search Infrastructure that powers modern AI systems. Our goal is to create the trusted knowledge layer that agents, applications, and enterprises rely on to retrieve real-time, accurate, and citation-backed information.
Our platform combines proprietary vertical indexes with LLM-optimized retrieval systems to power AI agents, applications, and enterprise workflows. We are solving hard problems across search, large language models, and large-scale infrastructure to make AI systems more reliable, transparent, and useful.
Our team includes engineers, researchers, product builders, and operators who care about solving meaningful problems and delivering real-world impact. Whether you are improving core infrastructure, shaping product experiences, or helping bring new AI capabilities to market, your work will help define how modern AI finds and uses knowledge.
About the Role

As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining visually stunning, user-friendly, and high-performing websites. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, values collaboration, and has a passion for combining design aesthetics with technical expertise.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web experiences that align with our brand and business goals. Proficiency in Webflow is critical, as it will be one of your primary tools for design and development.

  • Content Updates and Maintenance:
    • Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain modern, functional, and error-free.
    • Implement content updates in collaboration with the content team, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • User Experience (UX) and Optimization:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive web experiences.
    • Conduct regular reviews and testing to optimize website performance and usability.
  • Coding and Customization:
    • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for custom Webflow components or integrations when necessary.
    • Collaborate with back-end developers when required to implement advanced functionality.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work alongside the content, marketing, and design teams to ensure web projects meet deadlines and objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve web development practices.

Qualifications
    • 1-3 years of experience in front-end web development or a related field.
    • Proven experience designing and building websites in Webflow is required.
    • Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and Figma.
    • Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices.
    • Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
    • Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.
    • A strong eye for design with the ability to create visually compelling, user-focused web layouts.
    • Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, MarkUp, or Sketch is an advantage.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
