How do remote weekend event planners effectively coordinate with vendors and clients when working off-site?

Remote weekend event planners rely heavily on digital tools and proactive communication to manage logistics with vendors and clients. They typically use video conferencing, project management platforms, and instant messaging to ensure everyone stays aligned on event details and timelines. Building strong relationships and setting clear expectations in advance are crucial, as in-person site visits may not be possible. Effective planners also establish contingency plans to address last-minute changes or technical challenges that can arise over the weekend.
