● Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, fiduciaries, financial professionals, community partners, and other key stakeholders.
● Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule consultations, and support timely follow-up throughout the client intake process.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, pipeline activity, referrals, and client status updates in the company’s CRM or tracking system.
● Collaborate with internal leadership, legal partners, compliance contacts, and operations teams to ensure prospects receive accurate and appropriate information.
● Meet activity, conversion, and relationship-development goals while maintaining a professional, ethical, and client-centered approach.
● Adhere to all applicable company policies, confidentiality requirements, advertising standards, and regulatory expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile
● Experience in sales, business development, client intake, financial services, legal services, debt resolution, fiduciary services, estate planning, tax resolution, or a related professional services environment.
● Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex or sensitive topics in a clear, respectful, and non-advisory manner.
● Comfort speaking with high-trust stakeholders, including attorneys, trustees, fiduciaries, business owners, and families navigating financial or legal concerns.
● High integrity, sound judgment, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
● Ability to manage a pipeline, follow up consistently, and document activity accurately.
● Self-directed work style with the ability to meet goals in a contract-based environment.
● Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, digital intake forms, and virtual meeting platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
● Two or more years of consultative sales, client relations, or professional services business development experience.
● Knowledge of debt settlement, debt negotiation, creditor communication, probate, estate administration, fiduciary responsibilities, legal intake, or compliance-sensitive services.
● Existing referral relationships with attorneys, financial professionals, nonprofit organizations, community partners, or business service providers.
