WeCare Mental Coping Strategies Clinic is actively seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our innovative remote psychotherapy practice. This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to create your ideal work environment. As a member of our team, you will not only enjoy the freedom of managing your own caseload—ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week—but also have access to robust telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems. We handle all administrative responsibilities, allowing you to dedicate yourself entirely to patient care without the burdens of paperwork.

• Deliver outpatient mental health treatments, including diagnostic evaluations and tailored short-term counseling strategies for individuals, families, and groups.
• Engage actively with clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations in collaboration with our psychiatrists and psychologists, employing the latest editions of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the clinical needs of clients, determining the urgency of treatment interventions.
• Administer crisis interventions and care coordination activities, including arranging psychiatric admissions as necessary.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinical team meetings to review complex cases and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, create detailed reports, and communicate with external agencies and family members when appropriate.
• Remain up-to-date with regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to organizational, departmental, state, and federal requirements.
• Contribute to department planning and quality management activities, helping to shape the future of our mental health services.

Our clinic focuses on serving a diverse clientele that includes individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Our therapists provide critical support and intervention strategies, fostering resilience and well-being through personalized care pathways. You will be at the forefront of addressing complex family dynamics and sociocultural factors that influence mental health.

• Possession of a valid LMFT license or Psy.D to practice in the state of Florida.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.
• Comfort and experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

While not mandatory, experience with family therapy, crisis intervention techniques, and substance use disorders will be advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), can enhance the quality of care provided.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
