Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (37.5-hour work week)
Hybrid schedule available after training:
- Tuesday & Wednesday onsite
- Monday, Thursday & Friday remote

Our client is a full-service event management company that partners with associations, corporations, and government organizations to plan and execute conferences, trade shows, and large-scale meetings. Their team supports the full event lifecycle, including registration services, attendee management, logistics, and onsite event coordination.
Job Description:
The Registration Coordinator will support event registration services by partnering with clients, internal teams, and attendees to ensure successful event execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and attendees to provide support and route requests appropriately
- Maintain and update registration databases and internal systems
- Assist with registration website setup, testing, and reporting
- Support preparation of event materials, reports, and client communications
- Assist with onsite event coordination, including registration areas, supplies, equipment, and staffing needs
- Support badge creation, attendee communications, and event access processes
- Train temporary event staff and provide onsite support during events
- Monitor reports and maintain data accuracy
- Provide backup support to Registration Account Managers on assigned events
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, events, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and interacting with a variety of personalities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
- Experience with databases, CRM systems, or similar tools preferred
- Association, membership, or event experience is a plus but not required
- Degree preferred but not required

- Occasional travel may be required for large-scale events
- Events may require extended hours and being on your feet for long periods of time
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
