  • Influence cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Partnerships).
  • Represent NexGen professionally in meetings, webinars, and partner sessions.

Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Create messaging architecture for NVO, CCaaS, WFM, integrations, and future products.
  • Define personas and value propositions for enterprise buyers, BPO operators, partners, and verticals.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for product launches and integrations.

  • Own lifecycle automation, segmentation, scoring models, and funnel workflows.
  • Deliver scalable frameworks that generate predictable pipeline growth.

SEO & Digital Growth

  • Develop unified SEO strategy across NexGen web properties.
  • Build keyword pillars, content clusters, landing pages, and conversion paths.
  • Oversee website optimization, UX updates, and CRO improvements.

Content & Creative Production

  • Create or oversee pitch decks, case studies, blogs, scripts, and vertical materials.
  • Build a high-velocity content engine supporting demand gen, sales enablement, SEO, and brand.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, research, and planning.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop enablement materials, including sales decks, demo scripts, pricing tools, and competitive collateral.
  • Partner with Sales to define funnel stages, improve win rates, and accelerate deal velocity.

Partner Marketing

  • Build partner programs with NobelBiz, Webex, Talkdesk, and others.
  • Create joint messaging, co-branded content, and co-sell materials.
  • Support partner webinars and collaborative campaigns.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Build dashboards for pipeline attribution, SEO, ROI, and conversion metrics.
  • Define MQL/SQL criteria and align closely with Sales.
  • Use data to refine messaging, content, and demand generation.

Events & Public Presence

  • Lead webinars, virtual events, and product showcases.
  • Serve as on-camera presenter with strong executive presence.

Budget Ownership

  • Manage NexGens marketing budget with an ROI focus.
  • Allocate resources toward the highest-impact activities during hyper growth.

Required Soft Skills:

  • Emotional resilience for a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong influence, confidence, and leadership presence.
  • Comfort being on camera for all meetings and external presentations.
  • Startup-minded, resourceful, and hands-on.
  • Calm communication style under shifting priorities.
  • AI fluency for content acceleration and research workflows.

Must Haves:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership in SaaS, CCaaS, B2B tech, or communications.
  • BPO, and Zoho CRM experience.
  • Proven success scaling SaaS companies through hyper-growth.
  • Expertise across product marketing, demand generation, content, SEO, and revenue alignment.
