Seeking an experienced WebFOCUS Developer with strong expertise in WebFOCUS 8 report development, HTML-based user interfaces, and dynamic reporting solutions. The consultant will support report conversion, enhancement, maintenance, troubleshooting, and new report development initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebFOCUS Development- Design, develop, test, and maintain WebFOCUS 8 reports.
- Analyze existing reports to identify report structures, logic, and data sources.
- Develop new reports and enhance legacy reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to WebFOCUS applications.
- Work with multiple data sources including:
- DB2
- Sybase
- SQL Databases
- Mainframe Flat Files
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into reporting solutions.
- Support parameter-driven and dynamic reporting environments.
- Develop HTML-based user interfaces within WebFOCUS.
- Create dynamic user interfaces using:
- HTML
- JavaScript
- CSS
- Design intuitive reporting dashboards and user experiences.
- Work closely with business users, analysts, application teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Support report migrations, production support, testing, and documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and collaborate with remote teams.
