What you will do - Lead web strategy and development for Sysdig's corporate website: site architecture, technical execution, platform management, and the roadmap for performance and experience.
- Own GEO and AEO strategy for the site: understand how Sysdig's content surfaces in AI-generated answers and evolving search behavior, and set the roadmap and priorities to improve it, partnering with the content team and external resources as needed to execute.
- Own the conversion rate optimization and user experience strategy for the site, using GA4 and behavioral data to guide decisions and prioritize development work.
- Lead and mentor an internal web developer, directly overseeing technical execution, code quality, and day-to-day delivery.
- Manage the site's technical foundation: architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and CMS/platform health.
