• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice. Candidates must verify their credentials and licensed state upon application.
• Must hold the Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation without any limited or provisional licensing and no history of disciplinary action.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills reflecting empathy and a supportive nature.
• Proficient in using technology for remote counseling, including a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities, as well as a reliable internet connection.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is highly desirable, ensuring you are comfortable navigating digital platforms.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked.
