Job Title: Application Architect Location: Remote - Rochester MN Local, Remote Schedule: 5X8; 8AM-4PM CST Contract: 26 Weeks Rate - $85-90 Per hour W2 Required Qualifications Job Summary: Acts as lead technical expert in the execution of overarching Access Technologies and Systems (ATS) operations and project related work. Works in partnership with Solution Architects to ensure ATS solutions are complete, integrated, and aligned with access strategy and technology roadmap. Has broad understanding of access management systems, workflows, and operations including the practice vision for access management to influence and execute strategy.

Demonstrates agility in working with rapidly developing project scope and plans. Synthesizes and drives solutions between operations, work units, suppliers, and technical areas. Engages with colleagues from information technology, Center for digital health, or similar groups in creation of products or services that meet the patients where they are, in a digital & telehealth driven world.

Job Responsibilities: -Provides direction, coaching, training, and mentorship for team members and colleagues in alignment with project, program, or organizational structure. -Responsible for the development of the business analysis approach. -Takes a data-driven approach to support and advance business objectives.

-Ensures developed solutions satisfy stated requirements and business objectives. -Maintains thought-leader level technical expertise of software programs or modules related to patient access or staff scheduling including interactions between modules such as Cadence, MyChart, Radiant, and Cupid. -Demonstrates expert understanding of the enterprise business environment and the impact of ATS on business operations including patient access implications.

-Functions as an expert liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas during planning processes and provides oversight throughout the project cycle. -Works independently on projects and assignments within scope of authority and escalates complex issues requiring leadership approval to the appropriate individual. -Assumes team leadership responsibilities including directing and coordinating work assignments while balancing workloads, skill sets, technical knowledge, and task criticality.

-Serve as a consultant or tutor by coaching others in technical areas of expertise and contributing as a technical member of the ATS Leadership team. Skills -Experience with clinic operations throughout a large healthcare institution. -Strong understanding of enterprise business environments and patient access systems.
