Job Title: Project Manager - Merchandising Location: Hershey, PA Type: Contract /6-12 months Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Hours: 40.0

Responsibilities

  • Manage the internal processes and systems for the development, creation, and delivery of promotional displays.
  • Follow internal procedures to ensure project deliverables are completed on-time.
  • Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional partners to ensure they complete assigned tasks.
  • Input necessary project information into client's system accurately.
  • Monitor projects to ensure all key deliverables are assigned and progressing.
  • Manage project timelines and financials against key milestones and targets.
  • Create and enter new projects into Accolade as needed.
  • Check existing projects in Accolade to keep tasks on schedule.
  • Coordinate information and documents for projects and prepare for Governance meetings to gain approval.
  • Support the Merchandising team Business Leaders to achieve merchandising goals.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Project Management.
  • College Degree (Associates or higher).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Accolade Project Management system (training provided).
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong cross-functional and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Preferred experience in Other Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturers.
