What is a remote web programmer?

A remote web programmer is a professional who writes, tests, and maintains the code that powers websites and web applications, while working from a location outside a traditional office—often from home. They use programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend languages such as Python, PHP, or Ruby to build and enhance websites.
