Web Master / Web Content Administrator Location: Washington DC / Maryland / Virginia (Primarily Remote) Contract-to-Hire Work Model: Remote with occasional onsite meetings (1-2x per month or quarterly) 2-3 rounds of interviews. 1-2 videos then onsite/F2F interview in Reston or DC office CMS tool background, Liferay would be ideal but similar is OKAY CMS (they use LifeRay, big plus if they have LifeRay but not required. Must have a similar CMS tool though), managing permissions, workflows, etc... in CMS - managing the templates, workflows, in CMS tool is required 8+ years CMS administration (Liferay preferred), Google Analytics 360 & SEO, ElasticSearch, frontend design using HTML/CSS/Dreamweaver/Adobe tools, web usability standards, content writing, and strong stakeholder communication skills. QTR, for working sessions and other adhoc meetings. Reston VA or DC office.- - This person will be supporting their FEPOC BlueWeb Product - this is a knowledge intranet site for the BCBS plans/customers (not members) -submit claims to FEPOC, and obtain information about new offerings from the BCBSA. Alot of knowledge sharing to the plans - Web Master need. Seeking a lead level (8+ years) as Web Master with strong SEO / Google Analytics 360 experience who can drive plans to their BlueWeb Product. Google Analytics is the tool they have, she will interview candidates with GA first then will consider other tools as secondary interview. - They use Liferay as their Content MGT Systems. LifeRay would be a big plus but other platforms are acceptable. In Liferay, this person will be managing the templates across the Content MGT System. Aligning the templates and driving more insights into the product will be a big part of this persons day.- - This is both backend template mgt/maning workflows (75%) and 25% frontend user centric designs - seeking knowledge on both but more interested in the backend skills- - Required: Elastic Search, understanding how to take CSM and control/maintain existing templates in a CMS (they use LifeRay, big plus if they have LifeRay but not required. Must have a similar CMS tool though), managing permissions, workflows, etc... in CMS - managing the templates, workflows, in CMS tool is required.- - For frontend user design, they leverage HTML, CSS, Dreweaver, Adobe = required. User Centric design background is required - Angular is a plus - Must have CMS tool background, Liferay would be ideal but similar is A/OKAY.- - Health insurance background not required
